MMH21_L.02 is a modular, mobile home, designed to accommodate six people. It consists of two residential units, oriented towards the central, common space for socializing and relaxation - a covered terrace. The terrace is a multifunctional element of this composition, it connects the living area with the bedrooms and provides a direct connection with the environment. Each segment of the composition is treated with the same principle of materialization, which makes a given unit recognizable in any natural environment, and with a modular construction system, MMH facilities adjust their capacity to the number of people living in them. MMH facilities are growing together with the family!

Canopy medium
Canopy measuring 9x3 m, in an aluminum construction with a fixed filling of wooden planks. Complete with canopy is a barbecue housing measuring 90x60 cm with a hood made of stainless steel sheet, lined with wooden facade decor.
Terrace medium
Terrace measuring 9 x 3 m, on a steel substructure, with a final floor covering made of waterproof WPC decking. The fence is made of laminated tempered glass d = 10mm in aluminum holders.
Module D2, room with bathroom for 2 people
Freestanding module (addition to basic modules - bedroom) with fully equipped bathroom, glass wall, front door and LED lamps on the headboard and ambient LED lighting. Area 16m2
Module B, one bedroom apartment, 2 + 2 persons
Module B consists of a bedroom, hallway, bathroom and living area (kitchen, dining, living room). Fully equipped bathroom, LED ambient and main lighting in all rooms. The total area is 32 m2.
